Smartass & Sass is a monthly subscription service for people with a serious sassy side. Smartass & Sass’s target audience is woman between the ages of 35 and 55. When I started working at S&S my goal was to elevate the brand so it had a high end vibe with a twist. I wanted the monthly box booklets to have a catalog feel and reach beyond just explaining what products were in the box. Every booklet has 3-4 articles about different ways to use the products, recipes and general how-to’s. I art directed and arranged the photoshoots for the articles. My goal was for each customer to have an amazing experience when opening the box. Each product needed to be a quality item that matched the monthly theme and the brand needed to be consistent.
